Our Story
Guanacaste technology solutions (GTS) was founded by Bradley Peskin and Fabio Fernandez. After working together on a number of projects in the Guanacaste area, it became apparent that the smart home and information technology markets in Guanacaste were being woefully under-served. With our combined skills and experience, we saw an opportunity to fill this role and meet the technology needs of the Guanacaste area.
We bring with us a careful attention to detail, a commitment to doing things right, and strong local knowledge. Our aim is to create systems that work seamlessly, bring comfort to our users, and are built to last.
Leadership
Bradley Peskin
Bradley brings more than 20 years of combined technology and real estate experience, establishing himself as a trusted expert in consultancy, systems integration, and installation. Over the course of his career, he has delivered projects for government entities, offices and bespoke residences for heads of state and multinational corporations, consistently meeting the highest standards of security, reliability, and discretion. His expertise covers the full spectrum of modern technology systems including security, networking, audio-visual, communications, lighting, and integrated infrastructure design. Beyond technical delivery, Bradley has taken responsibility for every stage of project execution, from strategic consulting and procurement through implementation, project management, installation, and long-term client support. His career reflects not only technical mastery, but also the ability to align complex technology solutions with the practical needs of clients at the very highest levels.
Fabio Fernández
Fabio brings years of on-the-ground experience in Guanacaste, with a strong professional footprint throughout the region. His company is the preferred service provider for Peninsula Papagayo´s corporate IT network and is the one in charge of connecting private houses and new offices to Peninsula´s fiber optic back bone. Over the course of his career, he has collaborated closely with governmental security agencies, regional water authorities, and multiple IT departments, earning a reputation for technical excellence, discretion, and reliability.
He specializes in end-to-end network architecture and deployment, including advanced wired and wireless infrastructures, high-performance fiber optic systems, and enterprise-grade structured cabling. Fabio also leads the design and implementation of comprehensive security solutions ranging from sophisticated access control systems to fully integrated surveillance platforms. His work consistently delivers scalable, secure, and future-ready technology environments tailored to the unique demands of the region.
